Responsibly sourced fish from day boats fishing in and around the British Isles, and
the more exotic species using sustainable fishing methods.

Sashimi-grade Scottish Salmon and Yellow Fin Tuna from Sri Lanka.
Exotic seafood from Alaska, Norway, Chile, Saudi Arabia, and Seychelles.
